Welcome to Lexington Park

Lexington Park, a Pecan Park HOA, is a planned 400 home community on  the north side of Jacksonville near Jacksonville International Airport. Lexington Park features amenities such as a barn style clubhouse, playground, and pool. HOA dues are $792 a year with no CCD fees. This property is located one mile off Pecan Park Rd, one exit south from Fernandina Beach and one exit north from The RiverCity Market Place. We are located in the middle of all three Naval Bases surrounding the Jacksonville area and only a 15 mile drive to Georgia. It is also a short drive to the beaches, shopping, and all the attractions that surround the Jacksonville area.

BUS STOP
We have created a bus stop at the Amenities Center and put the stop on the elementary, middle and high school routes. The current stops at the entrance to the community will also remain on the routes and families may choose either stop.

Biscayne Elementary – Bus 31
Pick-up 7:35 a.m. Drop-off: 3:27

Highlands Middle – Bus 777
Pick-up: 8:45 a.m. Drop-off: 5:00 p.m.

First Coast High – Bus 316
Pick-up: 6:43 a.m. Drop-off: 2:28 p.m.

SUMMER POND ALGAE ISSUES
Hot summers with little rain means more algae. Please be advised the HOA Board and Aquatic Systems are working hard to keep algae to a minimum.

Algae is a living organism. With over 350 different types it is almost impossible to eradicate it all. Over spraying is expensive and causes other environmental issues like dead fish and birds. More info can be found here:
