Reservation System – 30 People Max Per Party ($150)

The RESERVATION SYSTEM is currently handled by Bill Teske and is available as a web based Calendar (Click on Amenity Center picture below). Please contact Bill Teske at (570) 850-4312 or bill.teske@pecanparkhoa.net after you have made your reservation for additional details on how to make payment. Also, please fill out the following reservation form and email to Bill Teske.

Reservation System Rules

The exception to any rules below requires HOA Board approval.

GENERAL RULES:
  1. Parties are limited to 30 people maximum.
  2. No back to back reservations using a different name for the same party.
  3. No more than 2 future slots may be reserved of any one resource at any given time. The two slots can not be booked on the same day. (ie. No back to back slot reservations.)
  4. No reservation may be made for groups, league or other outside resident use, unless prior approval from the HOA Board.
  5. Please cancel your reservation if you cannot make it.
  6. No “commercial” or “for profit” use of any Pecan Park HOA resources is allowed unless prior written approval is given from the HOA Board. (As example, this includes swimming classes, lessons, non HOA related business meetings, etc…)
  7. Please remove all trash from any parties and place in recepticle.
  8. Retain your email confirmation to avoid conflicts.
  9. Parties must be complete by 7pm.

All rules are subject to modification by the HOA Board. We reserve the right to track your user IP address for logging and abuse reasons. Violations may result in restricted access to Pecan Park resources.

Requests for exceptions to these rules may be made to Bill Teske (570) 850-4312. Please be specific on your reasons for the exception. (ie. Charitable Function, serves Pecan Park HOA, etc.)

THE AMENITY CENTER RESERVATION FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE 2 WEEKS OF THE SCHEDULED PARTY.

The reservation will be PENDING until confirmation of payment. Please make the reservation first by clicking on the above Amenity Center image above. Checks must be made out to Pecan Park HOA and mailed to BCM Services. Please allow at least 10 business days for all confirmations. You will receive a confirmation email.

Why the Amenity Center fee?

The Amenity Center fee allows an Owner to RESERVE the resource and effectively block its use from other residents.  The fee was established to:
1) Limit non discretional use of the resource.

2) Help defray extra costs associated with the additional use.
